I'm a first time buyer, how do I create an account ?

Welcome to ZOLO Themes. Your account is created automatically after your  first purchase at shop. You’ll be able do access all your  downloads, purchase history and support forum.

Where do I get support for my theme?

We have two support systems, the community  forums and email contact. The forums should be your first stop for getting support simply  because there is a good chance the question has been asked / answered before. Alternatively you can contact by contact form.

Can I modify the theme to my liking?

Yes you can modify the purchased theme as per your requirements. If you want to use the theme for commercial or clients requirements you should purchase the Commercial or the ZOLO Club Membership.

How do I install a ZOLO theme?

Installation instructions are always be provided inside the theme guide of the theme you purchased.

Can I remove the ZOLO credit from the footer?

Of course. You can remove the ZOLO credit from the footer.

Will the themes work with my plugins?

Yes, our themes should work with most plugins, but it is impossible for us to test all plugins. All plugins that uses coding best practices  should work with our themes. There are some plugins that make use of JavaScript libraries that may conflict with the libraries used in the  themes, which will make our themes not function properly.

How do I customize my WordPress Themes?

The answer depends on how much customization you want. Our themes already include powerful admin panel where you can change theme  features. If you want customizations that are outside the theme options, we have trusted team of wordpress consultant for that. Kindly contact us with subject ‘Customization’.

Can I use ZOLO Themes for my clients?

Yes you can use all the free themes and ZPLUS Theme for your clients. However the ZPLUS Themes is available for single domain license. If you intend to use on multiple sites then you have to purchase one license per domain.

Do you guarantee Theme Support?

We provide Guaranteed and Dedicated Support to our customers  for all premium themes. You can ask all theme related questions in the  support forum. All answers will be provided within 24-48 hours.

What's the difference between Theme Support and Customization?

Theme support is there to resolve any issue to make the theme working as advertised in the demo. Theme Customization involves modifying the design/codes to look/function differently than as shown in the demo.

Can I hire ZOLO Team for a design from scratch?

How does the payment process work? When will I get my themes?

Once you select the individual theme or ZOLO Membership and complete the payment an email will arrive containing important information  about the newly created account – use it to download your theme. The whole process shouldn’t last more than a few minutes. Kindly Let us  know if you experience any issues during the payment process.

Which payment types do you accept?

We use PayPal for receiving all the purchases.

I’m already a member. How do I buy another theme?

Choose the theme you wish to purchase and complete checkout. Your Theme will be available for download in the member area.

can I download my purchased theme?

Go to My Account, here you can have all the theme available for download that you have purchased

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy ?

We offer a 30 day refund policy effective from the date of purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with ZPLUS Theme we’ll issue a prompt and full refund. There’s only ONE condition: Please tell us the main reason you weren’t happy with the product, so we have a chance to make it better.
